Victoria Waters was born August 5, 1879 in Missouri to Jess Waters and married Louis Hudson. She had Jess, Elizabeth, and Louis Eugene Hudson. After she and Louis divorced around 1900, she remarried and moved to Poplar Bluff, Mo.
